This role involves a variety of tasks like changing filters, performing repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and assisting in inventory compliance.     Diagnose and repair a variety of building systems and equipment.Conduct HVAC maintenance, including filter changes and coil cleaning.

    Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA, PPE requirements, and site-specific guidelines.Use a computer-based CMMS system to log work orders, hours, and maintenance records.

    Available for emergency on-call coverage as needed.Maintain a clean, organized workspace.

    Collaborate with service personnel, inspectors, and vendors as required.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 4 years in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC maintenance, with a focus on plumbing and carpentrySkills: Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities

Attitude: Adaptable, self-disciplined, and positive team playerEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required.Attributes for SuccessReliable, self-disciplined, and detail-oriented.

    Ability to work well in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly.Positive attitude and willingness to support and share knowledge with the team.Working Conditions

    Full-time (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime.Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
