Maintenance Technician Now Hiring!Pay: $22.19/HR + $1/hr for shift differentialShift: 3pm-1:30am M-F (Train on days 6am-4:30pm)Location: Norfolk, NEApply Today!Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a hands-on opportunity? We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join a team responsible for keeping equipment and facility operations running safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with equipment, and learning new maintenance skills. Job Duties:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems.*
- Troubleshoot equipment and assist with repairs and adjustments.*
- Assist with equipment installation, startups, and process improvement projects.*
- Work with the maintenance and operations teams to keep equipment running efficiently.*
- Assist with precision maintenance and reliability activities.*
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.*
- Assist with identifying equipment issues and improving equipment reliability.*
- Follow all safety, quality, food safety, and sanitation procedures.*
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Previous maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred.*
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.*
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.*
- Willingness to learn and take on additional maintenance responsibilities.*
- Strong attention to safety and detail.*
- Ability to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.*
- Ability to follow food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
