Maintenance Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Under minimal supervision, installs, repairs, and maintains the following machine manuals, prints, or by referral to building codes:

• Physical structures.

• Electrical wiring.

• Plumbing and fixtures.

• HVAC

• Includes motor and engine, CNC, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC. Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Haas controls preferred.

• Assists higher-level maintenance.

• Assure all policies and procedures are followed and safety precautions are taken to reduce the risk of injury.

• Responsible for facility and ground maintenance.

• Expected to be on call.

• Occasional travel may be necessary.

• Occasional use of personal vehicle may be needed for pickup/delivery of machine parts.

• Other maintenance and facilities duties as assigned.

• Once an employee demonstrates competency in a position, he/she may be required to train others in similar roles.

• MaintainX system experience a plus

• The ideal candidate will be a proficient problem solver independently or with a team.

Work Environment:

• Work performed in a Plant environment.
• Exposure to odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, chemicals, and other elements.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

Education and Experience:

• Minimum High School or GED. Trade school or professional training preferred.
• 3 - 6 years of experience

Compensation

Employee Type: Hourly

Salary Minimum: $60,000

Salary Maximum: $85,000
