Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician at AMLI Deerfield
As part of our maintenance crew, you'll play a key role in ensuring our apartment community remains in top shape-both inside and out. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making a difference in residents' lives, this is the job for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Tackling Repairs & Maintenance- HVAC, Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry-wall, appliances-you name it, you fix it!
Keeping Residents Happy- Respond to service requests promptly and professionally, making our residents feel at home.
Rotating On-Call Duty- Be a maintenance superhero when needed, including weekends and nights.
Keeping Amenities in Top Shape- Pools, fountains, and shared spaces need your expert care.
Conducting Inspections & Preventative Maintenance- Stay ahead of the game by catching issues before they happen.
Ensuring a Picture-Perfect Community- Help maintain the property's curb appeal and pristine condition.

What You Bring to the Table:
Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and general repairs.
HVAC Certification or ability to option upon hire.
Availability for rotating on-call shifts (including evenings & weekends).
A valid driver's license for emergency on-call duties.
The ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs.
