- Performing preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery*
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime*
- Repairing and replacing worn or defective machine components*
- Completing general facility maintenance, including basic building repairs*
- Inspecting equipment to identify potential maintenance needs*
- Maintaining maintenance inventory and documenting completed repairs*
- Supporting a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)*
- Previous industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or manufacturing maintenance experience*
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills*
- Experience using hand and power tools*
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team*
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills*
- Basic computer, math, reading, and communication skills*
- Willingness to learn new skills, including welding after permanent hire
