Part-Time Maintenance TechnicianImperial Pointe – Nicholasville, KY

Looking for a reliable part-time opportunity with consistent hours and a strong team? Imperial Pointe is hiring a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help keep our community running smoothly. What You’ll Do:

Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
Respond to work orders promptly
Help maintain community curb appeal, cleanliness, and safety
Assist with unit turns and seasonal upkeep
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Previous maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
HVAC, plumbing, and electrical skills a plus
EPA Certification a plus, not required
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift 25 lbs and climb stairs/ladders as needed
Basic tools and reliable transportation
