Key Responsibilities:

Perform general apartment repairs: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems
Respond to service requests and after-hours emergencies
Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities
Manage maintenance supplies and equipment
Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
HVAC experience required; EPA Certification preferred
Experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance
Ability to work on-call as needed
Reliable transportation and basic tools required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physically able to walk property, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25lbs
