Maintenance Technician / Make-Ready Technician Marina Walk Apartments – St. Petersburg, FL
Marina Walk Apartments is seeking a reliable Maintenance / Make-Ready Technician to help prepare apartments for new residents and assist with general community maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing apartment make-readies (painting, drywall, basic plumbing & electrical, appliance checks).
- Responding to routine maintenance requests.
- Assisting with preventative maintenance and grounds upkeep.
- Working with vendors as needed.
- Providing professional, resident-focused service.
Qualifications:
- Apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Valid driver’s license; EPA certification a plus.
Details:
- Full-time position.
- On-call rotation may be required.
