About Core Focus: Core Focus Personnel, LLC is a Staffing, Training, and Logistics company serving Alabama's automotive and manufacturing industries.

About the position: Manufacturing facility in the Vance, AL area seeking qualified Maintenance Tech. In this role, candidate's main responsibility is installation, repair, and general maintenance of plant equipment and machinery. This is a temporary position on a 1st shift. Competitive pay and bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

Install and maintain plant equipment and machinery.
Perform routine preventative maintenance.
Troubleshoot and identify equipment issues and repair as needed.
Follow work procedures and instructions in regard to maintenance and repairs.
- Painting
- Drilling holes in concrete floor and installing guardrail
- Layout taping
- Hanging signs/labels
- Other general labor activities

Qualifications:

- General maintenance experience of 2 years preferred
- Ability to use basic power tools (Drills, saws, etc.)
- They do not need forklift experience, and they will not be expected to operate one.
- Typical lifting and physical capabilities (Sequence "Heavy Lifter")
- Flexibility to work weekends when requested by management.
