Looking for steady weekday hours and benefits that truly take care of you and your family?Do you thrive on solving problems and want to put your maintenance and automation skills to work where they matter most?Check this out!OverviewThe Maintenance Technician ensures overall machine and system efficiency through performance of best-practice Preventive Maintenance (PM), projects, programming, and repairs, with a focus on advanced technology equipment such as robotics and automated systems.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, and repairs to minimize downtime on industrial production lines

Install, modify and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems

Respond to scheduled maintenance tasks and emergency repair situations

Maintain accurate inventory and other documentation

Communicate and collaborate effectively to support continuous improvement and drive overall plant performance

Key RequirementsProven experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial environment

Proficiency with welding, reading blueprints, wiring panels and PLCsDemonstrated reliability with strong attendance and work ethic

Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work

Capability to work in challenging industrial environments (heat, noise, heights, etc.)Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screeningWIFMUnion wages and outstanding benefits
