Job Description

Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Fargo, NDCompensation: $28.00-$32.00 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: 1st- 2:30pm-10:30pm, M-F | 3rd- 10:30pm-6:30am, M-FJob Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a leading producer of insulated glass units located in Fargo, ND. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

Troubleshoot and repair of production equipment, including repairs to highly automated industrial equipment
Perform preventative maintenance on production and assembly equipment
Maintain records by tracking the results of work done on a work order
Communicate in a timely manner when more parts are needed by filling out a purchase requisition for the parts manager

What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:

2-year degree or equivalent experience in a maintenance-related field
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to troubleshoot and repair, as well as previous experience
Willingness to work overtime as required
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodations
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen as well as adhere to random screening
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment physical demand test
