Job Description

Firehouse Subs is looking for a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to support multiple restaurant locations. This role is critical in keeping our restaurants operating safely, efficiently, and at the highest standards for our guests and team members.

If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being the go-to person who keeps things running—this is a great opportunity to join a growing team.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance across multiple restaurant locations
Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, refrigeration units, ice machines, and beverage systems
Complete general facility repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, minor carpentry)
Respond to urgent maintenance issues quickly to minimize operational downtime
Conduct regular inspections to identify repair needs and safety concerns
Maintain and service critical systems such as walk-ins, exhaust hoods, and HVAC units
Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs when needed
Keep accurate records of maintenance work, service logs, and parts inventory
Assist with store remodels, new equipment installs, and small improvement projects
Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations
