Location: Ottumwa, IA
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Plus On-Call Rotation)

Are you a skilled technician looking for a stable, first-shift schedule where your work truly matters? First Resources Corp. is seeking a self-motivated Maintenance Technician to oversee the care and safety of our facilities. From home renovations to mechanical repairs, you will play a vital role in ensuring our environments remain safe and functional for the individuals we serve.

How You'll Make an Impact
Facility Care: Develop and execute maintenance schedules for home and office buildings.
Project Management: Handle routine and non-routine repairs; coordinate with contractors for specialized tasks to ensure high-quality completion.
Safety Leadership: Maintain safety standards for emergency evacuations and ensure all FRC properties are clear of hazards during inclement weather.
Seasonal Operations: Manage yard work and snow removal across all agency locations to keep our sites accessible year-round.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in maintenance preferred.
Requirements: High school diploma, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Must be able to obtain OSHA 10-Hour certification within 6 months.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at high elevations or in confined spaces.
Availability: Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
