We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Kansas City manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional looking for a stable first-shift position with a global organization that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Compensation
Starting pay: $37+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical and electrical equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Maintain pumps, hydraulic systems, compressed air systems, and steam equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot motors, controls, and VFDs
- Support facility and production equipment reliability initiatives
- Complete maintenance-related projects and equipment installations
- Document maintenance activities and work performed
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Basic industrial electrical troubleshooting experience (120-480 VAC)
- Experience working with motors, drives, pumps, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems
- Ability to read technical documents, schematics, and perform basic mathematical calculations
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certification, vocational training, or trade school education
- VFD troubleshooting experience
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Pipefitting experience including threaded and flanged systems
- Mechanical seal and industrial pump experience
- Forklift repair experience
- Steam boiler maintenance experience
