Join a High-Tech, Automated Dairy Manufacturing Facility
Are you a skilled industrial maintenance professional who enjoys solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges?
We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to help keep our highly automated dairy production facility operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is an opportunity to work with advanced automation, robotics, packaging systems, and pasteurization equipment while building a long-term career with a growing organization committed to quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Schedule
Wednesday & Thursday + Every Other Friday–Sunday 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM $26–$33/hour + Night & Weekend Shift Premiums
What You'll Be Working On
- Automated production and packaging equipment
- PLCs and VFD-controlled systems
- Pumps, conveyors, separators, and process equipment
- Pasteurization and sanitary processing systems
- Instrumentation and calibration
- Preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
What We're Looking For
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated manufacturing equipment
Ability to read electrical schematics, technical drawings, and P&IDs
Commitment to safety, food quality, and operational excellence
Preferred Experience
- Food, beverage, dairy, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing
- Ammonia refrigeration systems
- Boilers and wastewater treatment systems
- Sanitary processing equipment and instrumentation
