Role: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help lead our facility and equipment maintenance and repair function. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this is a critical role to ensure maximum up time on equipment availability and facility upkeep. If you are a hands-on maintenance technician that thrives in smaller company entrepreneurial environments, we can’t wait to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute initiatives in the facility and equipment maintenance function.
Provide hands-on maintenance and servicing of thermoforming packaging machines, with a primary focus on Multivac.
Ability to perform minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and air compressor systems as needed.
Help manage a preventative maintenance program for all machines to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Serve as a liaison with facility service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective maintenance services.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, implementing best practices in equipment maintenance.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and facility operations.

Qualifications:

2 + years of maintenance and repair experience in a food manufacturing facility.
Proven experience servicing Multivac thermoforming packaging machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations for manufacturing facilities.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with service providers and internal teams.

Other: This is hourly role onsite at our Denver, CO facility. Benefits include a quarterly bonus plan tied to production and Company performance, paid time off, majority company funded health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401(k) with an employer defined match up to 4%.
