Job DetailsPosition OverviewAs an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the mechanical, electrical, and automated systems that support the continuous operation of our production and packaging equipment. You will work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure minimal downtime and safe, efficient performance of all equipment.Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on manufacturing, processing, and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (including single-phase and three-phase), mechanical drives, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems
• Diagnose issues with PLCs, sensors, motor controls, conveyor systems, and automated machinery
• Read, interpret, and work from electrical prints, mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance needs and minimize unplanned downtime
• Conduct regular inspections and document findings, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Follow all safety protocols and promote a clean, compliant work environment
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in industrial maintenance, electromechanical technology, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and automated systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical prints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Familiarity with PLC logic and basic programming concepts
• Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
