- * Repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances

- * Regular, professional, and courteous communication with property managers and residents
- * On-call rotation, responding to emergency calls after hours and on weekends
- * Light support (roughly once or twice a week) at a smaller sister property about 45 minutes away
- * High school diploma or GED
- * Hands-on carpentry, plumbing, or mechanical experience; apartment maintenance preferred but not required
- * Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle report (required)
- * 2+ years customer service experience preferred
- * Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- * Ability to work a weekend and evening on-call schedule in addition to a Monday-Friday schedule
- * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb multiple flights of stairs multiple times per day, and work on a ladder or scaffolding
