Are you hands-on, dependable, and looking for a stable, full-time role with variety? Legacy House of Southern Hills is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help keep our senior living community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in their work.

Schedule
- Full-time
- 40 hours per week
- Monday- Friday 7:00 am- 3:30 pm
What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play an important role in supporting our residents by keeping the community running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Performing basic maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
- Fixing minor plumbing issues and leaks
- Replacing light bulbs and fixtures
- Assisting with landscaping and grounds upkeep
- Supporting general facility projects as assigned
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for residents and staff
What We're Looking For
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Positive, professional, "can-do" attitude
- Willingness to work in a senior living environment
- Respectful and courteous toward elderly residents
- Reliable and eager to learn (experience helpful but not required)
