Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Tulsa, OklahomaShifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Pay Range: $26.80/ HR *Shift differential and "Sign on/ Partnership" bonus eligible
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and facilities management, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the operations team, supporting the maintenance and smooth functioning of facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.What's the Job?
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
