MCC is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support a growing manufacturing operation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations in a multi-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and perform emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment to minimize downtimeComplete scheduled preventive maintenance and mechanical service on production machines in a multi-shift environmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsMaintain electrical schematics, instrumentation, and calibration documentationSupport operational excellence initiatives by applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S principlesPerform facility maintenance and repair activities as neededParticipate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of hands-on experience supporting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing or industrial environmentAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics; vocational or technical maintenance training preferredStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess equipment performance and implement process improvementsBasic computer proficiency and familiarity with operating systems used in a manufacturing settingAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment while managing multiple prioritiesMust meet physical demands of the role, including frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
