Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Technician – | $22+ Based on ExperiencePenmac Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full-time, opportunity with a local manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on maintenance technician role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, repairing machines, and keeping production running smoothly. Pay & Schedule

Starting pay $22+ per hour, based on experience
Initial training on day shift (7:00am–3:00pm), then transition to the assigned shift

Requirements for the Industrial Maintenance Technician

Previous industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Working knowledge of 3-phase industrial wiring
Must provide own tools
Valid driver’s license
High School Diploma or GED
Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen

Preferred but not required:

PLC troubleshooting or programming experience
Allen Bradley drive experience (including 1395 drives)
Welding or fabrication experience
2-year engineering technology degree or equivalent hands-on experience

Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and production equipment
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
Work with PLC systems, ladder logic, and industrial electrical systems
Support facility maintenance needs including HVAC, plumbing, and welding repairs
