Maintenance Technician $920+ WEEKLYJoin SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!Key Requirements:Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential appliances.
- Perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
- Complete apartment unit turnovers, rehabilitation, and make-ready work for incoming residents.
- Repair drywall, paint walls, and perform general interior maintenance.
- Repair or replace light fixtures, switches, faucets, and other property components.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests and complete work orders efficiently.
- Maintain property grounds, including mowing, clearing walkways, and upkeep of common areas.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests.
- Minimum 1–2 years of residential or general maintenance experience.
- Extensive appliance repair and troubleshooting experience REQUIRED.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and carpentry.
- Must have own tools and be proficient with hand tools, power tools, and multimeters.
- Experience with apartment maintenance, property management, or residential repairs preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance requests.
- Must be available for occasional weekend and on-call emergency work.
- Monday–Friday8:30 AM–5:30 PMSome weekends may be required.Employee will also participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.
