Maintenance TechnicianPay: $20.00 per hourLocation: Claremore, OK 74017Shift: 6: 00 PM (end time varies)Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems within a manufacturing environment. This Maintenance Technician role supports production by ensuring equipment uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance. The ideal Maintenance Technician is mechanically and electrically skilled, safety-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Required Experience & Skills Minimum 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes Proficiency with electrical systems, including reading schematics and wiring diagrams Experience working with hydraulic systems Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience using manual machine shop tools for fabrication and repair Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or on-call as needed High School Diploma or GED required (technical or trade school preferred)Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, tools, and facility systems Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve performance Respond to equipment breakdowns with effective troubleshooting Support facility maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and structural repairs Assist with spare parts inventory and supply management Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policiesPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in elevated or confined spaces Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, and varying temperaturesJob Order124221
