Facilities Maintenance TechnicianPay:$18.00 $20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)Location:Tulsa, OK 74117Shift:Monday Thursday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PMJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125846Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility systems, including 480V electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background and enjoys troubleshooting equipment to keep operations running efficiently and safely.Required Experience & Skills High school diploma or GED required2+ years of industrial, commercial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred Experience working with 480V electrical systems HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience required Plumbing maintenance and repair experience required Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamEssential Duties & Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems, motors, starters, breakers, and control circuits Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, including rooftop units, air handlers, compressors, and controls Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including fixtures, valves, water lines, drains, and pumps Conduct routine inspections of facility equipment and building systems Read and interpret electrical, plumbing, mechanical schematics, and blueprints Complete work orders and accurately document maintenance activities Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements Assist with facility improvement projects and general building maintenance Respond to equipment breakdowns and facility repair needs as requiredPreferred Qualifications EPA Certification HVAC Certification Electrical or Maintenance Trade School training OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 CertificationPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in varying temperatures and industrial manufacturing environments Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment while wearing required PPEWork Environment Industrial manufacturing facility Fast-paced maintenance environment supporting production operations Combination of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general facility maintenance duties Four-day workweek with opportunities for overtime as neededWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Four-day workweek with three-day weekends Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Diverse maintenance responsibilities with opportunities to expand your technical skills Stable manufacturing environment with opportunities for career growth and advancementReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
