Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

Location: Holly Springs, MSSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMPay: $20/hour+ (based on experience!) Overtime Available

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, facility maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building, grounds, and production equipment
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on machinery and facilities
• Install and maintain equipment and appliances
• Complete preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
• Input and complete work orders
• Maintain maintenance logs and shift reports
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment
• Collaborate with team members and outside contractors as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with electrical systems, welding, and fabrication
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Industrial electrical experience
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Industrial mechanical experience
• Hydraulic systems experience
• Forklift operation experience
• Blueprint and technical document reading
• Preventive maintenance experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb, kneel, stoop, push, and pull
• Comfortable working around heavy machinery and moving equipment
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial environments
