Position Details:
- Location: New York City, NY (This position will require travel to our NYC & NJ clinics, throughout the five boroughs and our Fairfield, CT Clinic)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts starting between 8am-10am
- Compensation: $22-$25hr based on experience and qualifications
This full-time position works Monday-Friday and requires travel to our NYC, NJ & CT Clinics. Must have reliable transportation and ability to drive a box truck. Mileage will be reimbursed.
Position Summary:
USA Clinics Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our facilities management, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
- Handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system maintenance tasks.
- Assist with installation or repair of fixtures and furnishings as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and materials.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and prevent problems.
- Provide support during events and new clinic openings.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and outside contractors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directives.
- Comfortable with physical demands of the job, including lifting and climbing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
