Exciting Opportunity for a FULL TIME Maintenance Tech!!!
Vitality Living of Aitkin is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of job tasks in the physical building and on the facility grounds.

Proffered Qualifications:
- 1 year of maintenance experience
- Can work independently
Typical job duties may involve but are not limited to:
- Performs minor repair of all building, plant operations systems and equipment.
- Repair and maintenance to resident furniture or equipment.
- Performs preventative maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis, nursing lift equipment, alarms, etc.
- Participates in the maintenance of safety alarm systems throughout the community.
- Coordinate major maintenance and repair with licensed contractors.
- Transport residents to & from local appointment when needed.
- Communication on walkie talkies.
May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed.
