The City of Midwest City is accepting applications for a Maintenance Tech I in the Wastewater Department.The incumbent performs maintenance and repairs on the wastewater treatment plant and lift stations. High school graduate or GED required. Mechanical and electrical skills preferred. Must possess or obtain a Class "D" wastewater certification within one year of employment from the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality. Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver license and be insurable. This position is designated as safety/security sensitive and is subject to pre-employment, reasonable suspicion and random drug and alcohol screening. Apps accepted until filled.
