The Impact You'll MakeDanfoss in Shawnee, Oklahoma is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician provides support to Plant Operations in repairing and maintaining production equipment throughout the plantThis is a 2nd Shift position, with work hours 11:00 pm to 3:00 am.What You'll Be DoingTroubleshoot electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems to the faulty component under the instruction of the Maintenance Manager.

Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions using test equipment under the instruction of the Maintenance manager.

Analyze machine error messages and information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems.Troubleshoot and repair the mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control system components of production equipment.

Skilled in the use of hand and power toolsFollow all Safety Rules, including PPE and OSHAPerforms basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.Complete all required reporting and documentation.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferredTwo (2) years hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical or electronic systems a preferredAbility to read and interpret electronic/ hydraulic drawings, schematics, and engineering blueprints to determine problem root causes and implement corrective actions.Ability to read precision measuring instruments such as Micrometers, Calipers, Indicators, Levels, and Lasers are a plus.Physically capable of prolonged standing and working in positions that require bending and stretching whileperforming maintenance tasksStrong Computer SkillsAble to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks and required documentationAll other duties as assignedApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.What You'll Get from UsWe are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment:
