Are you the Maintenance Technician/ HousePerson we're looking for?

To thrive as a Maintenance Technician at OCI Hospitality, a blend of practical skills and a proactive attitude is key. You will need a foundational understanding of basic maintenance tasks, including the ability to tackle plumbing issues, replace light bulbs, apply caulking, and perform general cleaning duties. Familiarity with maintenance software will help you efficiently track and manage work orders, ensuring that no task slips through the cracks. A knack for troubleshooting will empower you to identify and resolve issues quickly, all while delivering top-notch service to our guests.

• Basic Maintenance
• Weekend Availability
• Toilet repair
• Basic Light maintenance
• Caulking
• Cleaning
• Daily Pool Maintenance
• Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Tasks; e.g. Power washing, Shoveling, Moving Furniture, installing new equipment or machinery.
