Maintenance Trainee Level I - FT

• Assist with maintenance, repairs, and inspections of hotel rooms, gaming areas, back-of-house, and public spaces on property.
• Support preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests and team members.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC training preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
