This role offers a unique opportunity to work at our state-of-the-art Breast Center, supporting imaging procedures in both screening and diagnostic contexts, with the flexibility to support satellite locations as needed. • Proven experience in mammography procedures including screening, diagnostic, digital, and 3-D imaging
• Strong knowledge of digital mammography technology, with preference for experience with Hologic (Tomo) systems
• Current BLS certification
• Active ARRT registration and ARRT Advanced Certification preferred
• Ohio Department of Health licensing
• Ability to work efficiently in outpatient settings with a patient ratio of 10-15
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays and variable mobile shifts between 0630-1900

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with satellite mammography services
• Familiarity with patient flow management in outpatient radiology
• Knowledge of recent advancements in mammography imaging techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certification in radiologic technology with specialized training in mammography
• At least 2 years of professional experience in mammography or related imaging fields
• Experience working with digital mammography systems, especially Hologic (Tomo)

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to support various shift schedules, including 5x8-hour daytime shifts and occasional weekend shifts
• Ability to work in multiple settings, including mobile units if required
• Compliance with all applicable safety protocols and patient privacy regulations
