Mammography Technologist- Andover, VT

A hospital in the Chester, VT area is looking for an experienced Mammography Technologist to join its team! This is a full-time opportunity at a community hospital offering a collaborative work environment and comprehensive benefits.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required

• Current Vermont Radiologic Technologist license required

• Current ARRT Mammography certification required

• BLS certification required

• Previous experience performing breast imaging procedures

• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammographic procedures

• Conduct bone density examinations

• Ensure proper patient positioning and high-quality diagnostic images

• Provide compassionate, age-appropriate patient care

• Maintain equipment readiness and complete daily work area checks

• Assist with departmental education and quality standards

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established imaging protocols
