The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services team, you provide specialized technical know-how as a Network Engineer. As a Specialist, you handle intricate tasks and conduct in-depth analyzes, supporting specific projects with your specialized knowledge. Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized technical support for cloud and network architecture projects
  • Conduct thorough analyzes to identify system improvements and efficiencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Assist in the design and implementation of network infrastructure
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance service delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements
  • Document processes and create technical specifications for projects
  • Support the team in achieving project milestones and objectives

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science preferred
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • CCNP or equivalent vendor certifications preferred
  • Fiber/cabling certifications (BICSI or equivalent) preferred
  • Demonstrating proficiency in structured cabling and patching
  • Installing and mounting network devices effectively
  • Supporting circuit turn-up activities and validation testing
  • Performing onsite troubleshooting for connectivity issues
  • Maintaining asset inventory and documentation

The salary range for this position is: $44,200 - $91,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
