Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Management Analyst III / Program Integrity Specialist reporting directly to the Deputy Chief of Program Implementation, you will play a critical role in the success of the State Opioid Response (SOR) grant.
Your mission is to ensure that every dollar and every project under the SOR grant is working effectively to combat the opioid crisis. You will serve as both an auditor and a partner to our providers, ensuring compliance while helping them navigate barriers to success.
Key Responsibilities
As a Program Integrity Specialist, your day-to-day will involve a blend of data analysis, relationship management, and field-based oversight:
- Program Monitoring: Conduct planned and ad-hoc integrity reviews of all awarded providers to ensure adherence to contract deliverables and grant requirements.
- Performance Assessment: Review programmatic data outcomes to measure progress, identify shortfalls, and determine where technical assistance is needed.
- Site Visits & Audits: Perform comprehensive desk reviews of submitted data for accuracy and timeliness, and conduct both virtual and in-person site visits to programs across the state.
- Problem Solving: Identify implementation barriers and provide troubleshooting support to partners to keep projects on track.
- Fiscal Oversight: Assist with sub-grantee fiscal tracking and analysis, ensuring funds are used appropriately and efficiently.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with fiscal, grant management, and programmatic staff to maintain a unified approach to grant administration.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess at least one of the following:
- Program Monitoring/Compliance: Proven experience in auditing, monitoring, or ensuring compliance within a structured programmatic framework.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, preferably within a public health or government context.
- Grant Experience: Direct experience working with grant-funded programs, including reporting, fiscal tracking, or administration (SOR or federal grant experience is a plus).
