Join our team as a Management & Program Analyst at CASE Management Consulting!

This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly)

CASE Management Consulting is seeking a highly capable Management & Program Analyst to support executive-level leadership within a dynamic, mission-driven federal environment. This role blends strategic analysis, executive support, policy coordination, and operational process improvement to ensure efficient execution of organizational priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in high-visibility settings, exercises sound judgment, and delivers precise, timely support across multiple stakeholders.

Your Impactful Duties:

Executive & Office Support

  • Maintain senior leadership calendars, schedules, and phone coverage
  • Coordinate meetings and events (facility scheduling, agenda support, execution assistance)
  • Manage hardcopy and electronic files in accordance with records management policies
  • Maintain organizational charts, recall rosters, and emergency contact information
  • Coordinate executive travel plans, schedules, and expense reports using NGA systems (e.g., Defense Travel System (DTS), Management and Execution Tracker (MET))
  • Participate in staff and working group meetings

Communication & Documentation

  • Draft, review, and edit official correspondence (policies, memorandums, staff packages, SOPs, reports, white papers, meeting minutes, talking points)
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, organization, grammar, and alignment with stakeholder needs
  • Deliver written and verbal communications tailored to diverse audiences

Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Research and analyze issues involving laws, policies, and mission responsibilities
  • Identify inconsistencies and recommend solutions
  • Contribute to policy and process development
  • Evaluate office processes, identify gaps, document improvements, and support implementation to increase efficiency

Policy & Mission Support

  • Draft directives, instructions, manuals, and SOPs for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage security policy architecture and staff package coordination
  • Support NGA Forms Management, including updates to policies and agency correspondence
  • Track internal/external taskers and ensure timely, professional completion
  • Manage electronic tracking and processing systems (NGA and SI level)
  • Support special projects to meet program milestones and master schedules

Requirements:

  • An active TS/SCI security clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly)
  • 8+ years of total professional experience, with at least 6+ years of specialized experience in a related field
  • Relevant education may substitute for up to 4 years of the required experience at a rate of 2:1 (2 years of education = 1 year of experience)
  • Experience supporting executive-level clients within the IC, NGA, DoD, or Federal government
  • Experience analyzing metrics/data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines and in high-visibility environments
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to resolve issues independently
  • Experience managing executive travel using corporate systems (e.g., DTS, MET)
  • Experience using Human Capital tools (e.g., PeopleSoft), collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint), and/or tasker systems (e.g., NCERTS)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with diverse audiences
