Management Internship (52-week program)

By joining our team as a management intern, you will be able to gain a comprehensive view of what managing a car wash looks like. You will have the opportunity to work in this role and learn how it impacts our success throughout the 52-week program.

You will work in an outdoor environment and learn to interact with our customers and employees. You will be trained on the operational needs of the car wash business and play an active role in customer service, and daily operations. You will work closely with the management team and gain insight into key business processes. You will be exposed to different aspects of business management, including planning, strategy, and decision-making, while gaining valuable experience that will help you build a foundation for a future career in management.

As you progress through your first year, you will gain greater access to the training and financial side of management. At this point, we encourage you to begin making decisions with your team for your site. As a Manager Intern, we will expect you to mentor, train, develop, and manage your staff as you make your way to the end of your training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Current student or recent graduate (within the last 6 months) pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Junior or Senior in College
• Must be self-motivated and have the drive to achieve results.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Integrity and honesty
• Ability to manage a diverse staff in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
• Effective communication and conflict management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be reliable, proactive, and a problem solver
• Must have a valid LA Driver's License & reliable transportation to multiple locations in the Baton Rouge area.
