We are currently looking for a Management Team Member to join us in driving lasting sales results.
The Management Team Member Role Overview:
As a Management Team Member, you will support daily sales goals and ensure campaign success. You will work directly with senior leadership and gain exposure to every facet of our business. You will be given the opportunity to further develop your potential through our company-provided mentorship and leadership programs.This path ensures continuous upward mobility and meaningful long-term growth.
The Importance of the Management Team Member Role:
- Client Relationship Management
- Identify potential leads, initiate rapport, and build long term relationships.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and answering inquiries about the enrollment process, service coverage, and account details.
- Sales and Marketing Planning
- Understand your target market’s demands to proactively create effective marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiation and Enrollment Management
- Handle pricing discussions, renewals, and contract negotiations while making sure agreements align with company policies and profitability goals
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting
- Track and analyze sales performance, market activities, and pipeline progress.
- Collaboration and Goal Achievement
- Team up with other sales team members to achieve individual and team goals.
The Qualifications for the Management Team Member Role:
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Goal-oriented individual with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Naturally social and approachable, able to communicate with any customers.
- Great negotiation and communication skills.
