Our Management Trainee position is designed for motivated individuals who are willing to learn the business from the ground up and develop into future leaders.As a Management Trainee, you'll begin by working as Tunnel Crew, learning every aspect of daily operations including customer service, sales, safety, equipment, and site maintenance. As you demonstrate leadership, reliability, and strong performance, you'll have opportunities to advance into supervisory and management roles.If you're looking for "just a job," this probably isn't it. - Welcome customers and create a positive experience
- Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
- Educate customers on membership options and promotions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Perform opening, closing, and operational procedures
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales and service goals
- Learn the systems, standards, and processes used to operate a successful car wash
- Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and coaching

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout a shift
