Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you will support and lead marketing campaigns, live promotional events, and community outreach initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in brand marketing, team leadership, and customer engagement, with a clear path to management and executive-level roles.
This is an in-person, event-based position with strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing sports marketing campaigns, live events, and brand promotions
- Lead by example in customer engagement, brand representation, and outreach efforts
- Support team training, development, and daily operations
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, clients, and community partners
- Track and analyze campaign performance and marketing results
