Status: Full-Time
Compensation: $18 - $21 plus commission & bonuses

About the Role:
Our mission is to be our communities' preferred car wash brand by obsessively pursuing excellence in all things. As a Management Trainee, you will act as the Assistant Manager of a site, helping lead daily operations, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the business. This role is designed to prepare you for a General Manager position within 6–12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
- Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards and resolve issues as needed
- Drive sales through memberships, local partnerships, and community engagement
- Monitor site performance, including sales, expenses, and operational efficiency
- Ensure equipment functionality, facility cleanliness, and safety compliance
- · Assist with hiring, training, and building a high-performing team
Key Requirements:
- Strong leadership potential with a desire to grow into a General Manager role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Willingness to learn business operations, financials, and team leadership
