As a Medical Science Liaison Manager, you'll play a crucial role in disseminating scientific information, supporting clinical research, and engaging with key opinion leaders to drive our company's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and clinical investigators.
Disseminate scientific information and provide clinical and scientific support for our products.
Engage in scientific discussions, attend medical conferences, and deliver presentations on the latest research and product developments.
Collaborate with multiple departments to drive team tactics and strategy.
Manage team operations, including performance, workflow, and compliance, ensuring goals are met within timelines and budgets.
Organize educational initiatives and clinical research through industry partnerships and internal collaborations.
Foster community engagements and discussions about the healthcare landscape and company products.

Requirements

Advanced Scientific Degree (OD, PhD, MD, DO or equivalent).
Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience.
Minimum of 5 years clinical work experience in the field of Robotics.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong influencing skills to represent stakeholder needs.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
A valid driver's license issued in the United States.

Preferences

Experience managing other managers, supervisors, or individual contributors in a matrix environment.
Experience conducting effective performance management and career development conversations.
