Our Middle Market Sales organization is a fast-paced, strategic team looking for a dynamic sales professional to help take our segment to the next level.
As a Manager, Business Development, you are joining a team responsible for new customer acquisition in the defined, mid-market space. You have the opportunity to own the end-to-end sales process working with prospective customers of annual revenues between $4M - $10M.
Prospecting, solution demonstrations, and customer meetings will be conducted by both Microsoft Teams and phone. Your focus will be to understand each customer's complex needs through problem driven discovery while identifying the right American Express solution set.
Success in this role requires discipline, a desire to grow as a professional and an unwavering commitment to put our customers first. You will diagnose and solve complex business challenges, engage multiple stakeholders, build compelling business cases, and orchestrate the right combination of American Express products, technology, and cross-functional partners to solve them.
