Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the advancement of process efficiency and operational excellence within the organization. Your leadership will guide a talented team specializing in process control and electrical systems, ensuring the effective day-to-day troubleshooting of complex issues and the successful implementation of capital and improvement projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in meeting production targets and maintaining operational integrity.

Responsibilities include mentoring a team of 2–4 skilled engineers and cultivating an environment of continuous advancement and responsibility. You will offer strategic direction to external design and drafting teams, ensuring alignment with company goals. Prioritizing safety and compliance, you will enforce rigorous adherence to all environmental, health, and safety standards, with an emphasis on electrical safety protocols. As a key technical contributor, you will enhance process efficiency by identifying improvement opportunities and executing long-term solutions while serving as the primary resource for tackling intricate technical challenges.

This role is based onsite and requires collaboration with diverse teams including operations, maintenance, and engineering to drive collective success.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and over 8 years of experience in industrial environments focusing on electrical engineering and process control. A strong command of industrial power distribution systems and familiarity with Foxboro systems and Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMI interfaces is preferred.
