Coordinate the issuance of Broadridge certificates of insurance to clients, landlords, and other external parties as needed.

  • Actuarial Loss Projections: Coordinate and monitor semi-annual third-party actuarial projections for casualty losses to confirm proper reserving practices at Broadridge.

  • Cost Allocation Methodology: Support the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of a cost allocation methodology that fairly and accurately assigns insurance and risk-related costs across the organization.

  • SOX Compliance: Support or oversee the Risk Management department's SOX compliance requirements.

  • Insurance Program Administration: Perform daily activities related to the administration of Broadridge's insurance programs, including responding to insurance-related questions, supporting presentations and reporting, and handling special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate insurance, risk management, or a related insurance role.

  • Experience supporting insurance renewals, underwriting submissions, claims management, and broker/carrier relationships preferred.

  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
