Job Description

Who We Are

In an increasingly complex world where people are starving for someone they can trust, we stand for something simple: always put the client first. We do well by doing good for those we serve. It's the ultimate measure. We believe in providing value beyond a doubt and in the notion that time will either expose you or promote you, based on your willingness to embrace change.

We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms - and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.

Who We Want

Lead a team of consultants to achieve sales targets and drive client acquisition performance. Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, improve outcomes, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance sales processes, strengthen advisor relationships, and support program effectiveness. Develop team capabilities through coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Represent the client and prospect voice in strategic discussions to inform marketing, technology, and operational decisions.

This is a hybrid role based at Carson Group Headquarters in Omaha, NE. OR remote outside of NE.

What To Expect

  • Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead and support a team of consultants by providing daily direction, coaching, and accountability. Monitor individual and team performance against established targets. Facilitate development plans and licensing readiness, including S65 preparation. Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze team and program performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain reporting to track key metrics and measure success. Use insights to recommend and implement improvements that enhance sales outcomes.
  • Advisor & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a primary point of coordination between advisor partners and internal sales associates. Conduct advisor meetings focused on improving sales performance, lead conversion, and satisfaction. Gather feedback from advisor partners to inform program enhancements and strengthen value delivery.
  • Process Improvement & Execution: Maintain a strong understanding of sales and client acquisition processes. Ensure team adherence to established workflows and standards. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance effectiveness and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support marketing campaigns, technical initiatives, and business strategies. Represent the voice of the client and prospect in discussions to drive better alignment and outcomes. Collaborate with peers and leadership to develop solutions to complex challenges.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
