This role sits at the intersection of consulting, strategy, and execution, requiring both rigorous analytical thinking and hands-on delivery. The Manager will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and clients to structure complex problems, develop insights, and implement innovative solutionsAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYTopline Responsibilities:
- Support development of strategic initiatives, business cases, and transformation roadmaps
- Translate enterprise priorities into structured workplans and actionable deliverables
- Lead or support day-to-day execution and problem-solving across multiple initiatives
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Track progress and ensure alignment to strategic objectives and measurable outcomes Strategy, Analysis & Problem Solving
- Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to complex business and technology challenges
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and organizational assessments to inform strategy
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, including financial, operational, and strategic modeling
- Develop clear, executive-ready materials that synthesize findings into actionable insights

- Lead small teams or workstreams, providing guidance, coaching, and quality oversight

- Contribute to internal initiatives, thought leadership, and capability building efforts
- Stakeholder Engagement & Client Interaction
- Engage directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and refine solutions
- Facilitate working sessions, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Build strong relationships and credibility with internal clients and senior stakeholders
- Project Support and Execution Support planning, coordination, and execution of transformation initiatives Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and governance processes
- Provide hands-on execution support to accelerate initiative progress
- Ensure strong documentation of plans, decisions, and outcomes
- Training, Capability Building & Knowledge Management
- Develop and deliver training modules and enablement resources
- Promote best practices in project management, analysis, and communication
- Support development of a scalable knowledge base of tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development and upskilling
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Track initiative performance using KPIs, dashboards, etc.
