Manager, Order Management and Sales Support Richfield, OH Job Summary The Manager, Order Management and Sales Support will manage and leads Sales Support, Customer Support and Order Management Teams in a fast paced environment.

Provide daily leadership, prioritize workloads, and assign responsibilities across the Sales Support, Customer Support, and Order Management teams.
Develop and track key performance metrics, measure results against established goals, and ensure team members are accountable for delivering high-quality, timely outcomes.
Lead process optimization initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities and applying Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI) methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
