  • Collaborate cross-functionally with influencer/UGC teams, supporting brand-owned content workflows and ensuring alignment across channels

  • Contribute to and participate in team and cross-functional meetings, bringing proactive ideas, updates, and insights

  • Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments, translating them into actionable content opportunities

  • Lead performance tracking and reporting, pulling insights to optimize content and inform future strategy

  • Maintain clear and effective communication internally and begin building confidence in client-facing interactions
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members, helping scale best practices across the team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in organic social media (agency or consumer brand preferred)

  • Proven ability to own and manage social media strategies and execution across multiple platforms and accounts

  • Strong understanding of platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)

  • Experience developing content concepts and writing for social, with a strong grasp of tone and brand voice

  • Proficiency with tools like Sprout Social or Later, including publishing and performance reporting

  • Strong organizational and workflow management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and/or paid media teams

  • Basic understanding of how organic social integrates with paid media, influencer, and broader marketing efforts
